William Franklin Hillhouse born 10 Feb 1835, Cherokee County, GA. Married 11 Nov 1866 to Jane Harriet Pascoe. William died 5 Feb 1910. Buried Pontiac Cemetery, Pontiac, MO.
His father was Elijah Hillhouse, born about 1806, Anderson County, SC. Married Nancy Mauldin. Elijah was a Confederate soldier with the 29th Georgia Infantry, Company D. He was killed at the Battle of Seven Pines as is buried at Hollywood Cemetery, in Richmond , VA.
