Looking for information and ancestors of Ruth.
According to the Nickerson Family Assn, she married Jeremiah Nickerson on 12 Apr 1766 in Harwich, MA. She was reported to have been was born in Chatham. Her daughter, Rebecca, married Bearse Eldredge; she was my wife's ggg-grandmother.
Also according to the Nickerson Family Assn, she was "prob the daughter of Samuel Hinckley" and died around 1810 to 1820.
I can find nothing further on Ruth. (Could Hinckley possibly have have been her name from a prior marriage.)
Can anyone help?
