Looking for decendents of first Hingley's from MA to Nova Scotia

While I am a decendent of Gov Thomas Hingley, I am interested in the families of John Hingley 1732-1814 who served with the US regiment of MA and New Hampshire. They were sent to Quebec and took an interest in the area of Truro,Nova Scotia around 1759.
He married Janet Archibald b.1750 daughter of Samuel Archibald and Eleanor Taylor. They came from Ireland then New Hamshire, then Truro, Nova Scotia. He recieved land grants on the north side of the Salmon river.
My family continues its decendents of Hugh Hinckley 1789-1923 of Pictou County,River John. The family lineage returns to the US and settles in Philadelphia,PA.
Any family linked to these people with history or documentation I would be most happy to hear from.
