I have the E. Chas. HINCKLEY book Hinckley Heritage & History. There's no O. J., but there were Obed, Ogden, Ohio, Oliver, Olman, Or(a)mel, Orion, Orland, Ormond, Orrin, Orrington, Orville, Oscar, Otis, & Owen. Could any of those be O. J.? There are three females, maiden name Blanche HINCKLEY, but none to fit your information.

I see in Dist. 3, Pontotoc, MS, 1880, FamilySearch database, Joseph TERRY, 25, SC SC SC; wf. Martha, 20, MS MS SC; mother-in-law Jane MITCHELL, 36, SC SC SC; & bro-in-law Robert MITCHELL, 1, MS SC SC. Note that the birthplace of the father of Martha TERRY was MS, & of the father of Robert MITCHELL, SC. It would seem more likely that there is an error for the birthplace of the father of Martha, but it could mean Martha and Robert had different fathers.
