Sorry, I don't know where you can get the book. There were at least three editions of "Hinckley Heritage & History," by E. Charles HINCKLEY (deceased). My copy is the third edition, 1982. There's no publisher listed, so I think it was privately printed. You could try to find a book by checking with a public library that participates in InterLibrary Loan or a Family History Center of the Latter Day Saints (Mormon) Church.

Could you post some more information on your earliest family group? There might be more names that are indexed in the book or that would make a connection for somebody.

We are probably distantly related. I'm a HINCKLEY descendant of the immigrants Saml. & Sarah through their daughter Susanna HINCKLEY, bpt. 6 Nov. 1625, St. Mildred's, Tenterden, Kent, who m. 13 Je. 1643, Barnstable, MA, John SMITH, and then through their dau. Mary SMITH.
