Josiah and Benjamin HINCKLEY (1790- town of Coeymans, Albany Co., NY)

A Josiah and Benjamin HINCKLEY lived adjacent to each other in the Town of Coeymans, Albany Co., NY in 1790 (from Survey Field Book). Josiah was born probably in the 1730's. On the 1800 census for the town of Coeymans Josiah was 45+ years of age. Benjamin lived next to Sylvanus KELLY and Josiah lived near Sylvanus. Sylvanus KELLY had a son Sniffin b. 1781 who married a Lydia b. ca. 1782 (maiden name unknown) in 1801 in the town of Coeymans. Did Josiah or Benjamin have a dau. by the name of Lydia that possibly would have married Sniffin KELLY? I am also interested in who Josiah and Benjamin married and their children names and their children's date of births if known. Thanks for any help!
