Hi Tina, what I didn't tell you earlier was that my great uncle Frank, who married the Indian /Eurasian lady was arailway worker/engineer, quite senior I understand. However at this stage the dates don't quite tie up but it all seems so close. I don't want to lose touch with you as it all seems so familiar. Let me work on some of this with my dad who was born 1916 and is desperate to trace long lost relatives. My email address is keep it in case you come up with anything else. what were the names of your dads brothers/sisters. I'll see if there is any common thread with my family. Can you let me have your email address so we can go direct. Do you live in UK. It just all seems so close, but it could be a red herring. Finally, how do you pronounce your name, is it Hind as in "tinned" or Hind as in "mined"
