Hello Michael: I have some info for you. In the Federal Census for Texas 1900 Austin Co. there is a household of T.O. Hinesley (184.108.40.206) in Austin Co. T.O. was born August 1854 in Mississippi. His wife was Mollie (1864 TX) and children were Tommy (October 1882 TX), Ben (April 1885 TX) and Emily (Mar 1891 TX). I have no records for FC 1860 in Mississippi at the moment. Also I have no records for a John Jackson H. and Mary Anne Middleton. I do have something on John Hinesley and Mary Huff. Joh was born about 1785 in Georgia. He married Mary Huff 25 November 1809/10 in Clarke County, GA. I have records of two children (but there may be more) Erwin (1813) and Mary. Erwin (sometime Earven) married Lucinda Robertson (1838) and their children were Catherine (1840), John (1842), Lindsey (1844), Sarah A. (1846), Pink (1847), and Emma (1849), George (1852), William (1854). Irwin (a variant spelling) served in the Civil War in the Athens Guards and also in the 3rh Regiment Georgia Volunteer Infantry. If you have any information on the connection of John Jackson and T.O. and John (Mary huff), I would appreicate receiving it. All the best to you, Leonard Hindsley
