I don't know what he did for a living. His son,Benjamin F. Hinsley,(1885-1917) worked for Western Union,and attended some kind of law school when he died in 1917. This was supposedly during the Spanish Influenza Epidemic of 1917-1918 (?), but no evidence have I found of this death,in Harris County,Heights (present Houston),Texas.
