I may be able to help a bit. But you have hit the same snag that I did.
I live in a house that was possibly built by an uncle of Margaret Hoag in the 1780's. It is about 3 miles north of the Oblong Quaker Meeting House. I've been searching some of these records for several months and have been frustrated too.
First, the births of the children of Abner Hoag and Margaret Varney were recorded in the Oblong MM records, I could not find them in the Nine Partners MM records. The dates you have match the dates from Oblong.
Also in the Oblong MM records there is this marriage:
Samuel Kelly, son of Wing and Deborah of Dutchess Co.
Margaret Hoag, daughter of Abner and Margaret Hoag of Dutchess Co.
Married, 23 of 12m, 1790, at Branch
I'm not sure where "Branch" was, but there was a Friends Meeting Houst built in the late 1700's that was about a mile from here and next to a home owned by a Prince Hoag in the 1800. Prince Hoag was probaby a half-nephew to Margaret.
Margaret's father was Abner Hoag, son of John Hoag, 2nd(in Oblong records), and his first wife Mary (Hoag) Hoag. Abner was probably born in Dover, but sources disagree on wether in was New Hampshire or Dutchess Co. NY. His older brother John Hoag, 3rd, b. October 05, 1734, is recorded as born in Oblong MM records.
Mary Hoag died in New Hampshire in 1753 and John Hoag, 2nd married Patience Varney Rogers, and they had 4 more children in this vicinity. Last child was Nathaniel Hoag born 1765. I believe that he built our house c. 1784-6. He married and had a children, one was Prince, and Prince married and had children, one was Henry. Problem is that No Births are recorded in the Oblong MM records from late May 1782 thru Aug 1828 (46+ years). I can't confirm any births from that period.
Samuel Kelly and Margaret (Hoag) Kelly would have been having children between 1790 and 1810 - no Oblong birth records have been found from this period. There are no Kelly births in the records at all.
