I am searching for the children and parents of Benanuel Hoag born 1799 in New York. He resides in 1830 in Dearborn Co., Indiana and in 1840 in Switzerland Co., Indiana. By 1850 he has moved to Pike Co., Illinois.

I beleive there were two wives. The 1830 doesn't have a woman old enough to be the mother and wife Sarah is about 6 years younger than he.

In 1850 the only children at home are Zadock 22(our ancestor), Marietta 3 and Emma 10.

The names is so unusual that there has to be a connection.
