That's great I'm glad to hear that the information was helpful to someone.

I'd love to see a copy of your grandfather's death certificate.

My Hobbins came from Tipperary. there were only 14 in the area so it's likely that they were all related.

I'm compiling all the Ireland / Tipperary informtion and hopefully one day we can make the connections.

I believe most the male Hobbins emigrated from the Tipperary area about 1850's.
