Hobbins Fowler connection

William S. Fowler and wife Alice M. Fowler were in Ft. Scott, Bourbon County, Kansas in the 1880 census. He listed his birthplace as Pennsylvania, age 32 and she was born in Texas, age 26. They had four children; Hattie, age 6; Alice, age 4; Minnie, age 2 and William, born July 1879. All these children were born in Texas.

If this is the William I am looking for, he died 1886, location unknown and had a brother Martin who moved to north Texas about 1872 and lived in Terrell, Fort Worth and then Dallas.

Alice Fowler is also listed in the 1900 census for Ft. Scott as a widow, age 46. She was born in Texas and had nine children, all noted as living. The children living with her were: Robert Fowler, born 1882 and Christina Fowler, born 1886. Both children were born in New Mexico. Two other children were listed as daughters: Laura Hobbins, born 1891 and Edna Hobbins, born 1893. One child is unaccounted for.

I would appreciate any information on this Fowler family or the Hobbins relationship.
