Note: Sarah’s name was probably Sarah Sophia, but she went by her middle name in 1860. Harriet R. was probably Harriet Rosetta, and she went by Rosetta. Emma may have died between 1860 and 1870. Orville R. could have been Harvil R. I got the 1880 info from the LDS site; I haven’t seen the image itself. Different people interpret handwriting differently. On the 1870 record, it definitely begins with “Har” (not Orv). It may say Harvel or Harvil or Harvie. I interpreted the name Andrickka as best I could. That’s what the handwriting looked like to me. Census takers often made mistakes with ages and wrote illegibly. "N.P.Shops" may have had something to do with a railroad. Other records on the same page had men working for "N.P. R.R." I couldn’t make out George's occupation in 1910. The word looked like “mock” to me, but it may have been “mark” or something else. Someone familiar with railroad work may be able to help.

This may or may not be your family, but these were the only Hobbins in Wisconsin and Minnesota that somewhat matched your query.
