Rosine HODAMM (b: 1794 GR; d: Abt 1865)

Carl(1815-1875) & Charlotte(1815-1909) (nee HODAMM) ALBRECHT arrived NY, 13 Aug 1852 from "Steinburg" Germany with 6 children and mother-in-law Rosine HODAMM. An additional passenger on the ship's manifest, Friedrich PFEIFFER(1829-190?), is also from "Steinburg," Germany. Friedrich PFEIFFER in the 1880 US Census states he and his parents are from Brunswick (today Braunschweig).

The 1860 US Census Pike Co., OH suggests that Rosine HODAMM had another daughter Eustina married to a Charles RöSE/ROESE/RACY

Is this a HODAMM that anyone has in their family tree? Does someone know which of several Steinburg/Steinberg's in Germany they originated?

Carl & Charlotte (nee HODAMM) ALBRECHT/ALBRIGHT are my wife's great grandparents.
