Steve, I lived in Timsbury, we bought the local School which was built in 1830, we made it into a house, My kids loved it, mind you everybody thought we were mad, the school toilets we kept chickens and turkeys and two goats which we used to milk, the orchard next to it we had horses, any way we live there for eleven years and then bought an old Mill that went back to 1086 it was just a shell, but we worked on it and made that into a home. two of my sons are now chicken farmers they have 250 thousands of them, the eldest has just given us our first grand child, happydays. anyway back to the Hodders that was my mothers name her Fathers name was GEORGEHodder he married Mary Ann Curly in Bristol about 1890, he was born in Stockport, his father was William Hodder married Mary Ann Ferguson, he was born in London, his father was Jacob Hodder born 1812 Netherbury Dorset. Going back to Timsbury there was a lot of Moons the last one died a couple of years ago he was the chairman of the parish council, now if you want me to look around the church yard or when I go to the record office to try and find out more let me know.Keith
