Hezekiah Gentry and Catarine, his wife, of Edgefield Co., to James Hogin (also Hogan) of Union Co. for 100 pounds sterling, (sells) 197 1/2 ac in Union Co. on a branch of Tyger River called Bogan's Creek. Granted to sd. Hezekiah Gentry on 5 Jun 1786.
Wit: John Jenkins, Robert Leverell, RIDGE (x) HOGINS. rec. 25 Dec 1786.
Does anyone have anything on Ridge Hogins (Hogan)? I see in later records there is Original Ridgeway but he was born 1790.
