I'm not sure if you understood about the Holguin "Clan". This is how they were depicted in articles involving the confrontation with the Texas Rangers. I have not been able to find out what happened to those involved. As for the research on Juan Lopez Holguin, I have also read that same information, and I believe that is the link I'm trying to make, on whether there is a relation or if the Holguin on our lineage were part of the Don Juan de Onate expeditions. Again, I have not been able to find anything past Guadalupe Holguin. I have seen some material at the UTEP library as well as in San Elizario.
I'm sure others are interested in the Holguin lineage, like you and I know, it is very time consuming. Edubijes Holguin
