Hi. My Grandmothers maiden name (she is still living and is now 97 years old) was Holleman. Grandma was made an orphan when she was 3 years old. Both parents died in the massive flu epidemic of 1919 within three months of each other. As I was growing up, Grandma had a large photo of her father hanging at the landing of her staircase. Seeing that photo over many years made me wonder who this man was. That is why the Hollemans were the first family I researched.
