William b. 1745- his dad: Daniel or Ralph?
Posted by: Sandy Anderson (ID *****3266) Date: April 22, 2006 at 10:25:44

Beginning with Valentine, b. ~1685, he had 3 sons, reported to be Daniel, Orson, and Ralph, all probably born in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, with Daniel and Ralph both going to Wake Co., NC at some point. Most people posting assume that William, b.~1745 n Orange Co., NC is the son of Daniel. Eric, in Posting #246 takes this position. On the other hand, Mark, in Posting #165, thinks that his father is Ralph.

There is some documentation with William and Ralph together -- but is it a father-son, or uncle-son relationship?

Researchers with documentation can really help here. Thanks.

Sandy Anderson
