found on another site earlier.

Do you know what Christopher did for a living?

Also I am in contact with another researcher who is working
on the Washington family of Surry co.,Va. using primary
sources and she has informed me that the use of a middle
name was very unusual back in those days,so there must have
been a reason why Josiah went by Josiah John Holliman.

btw:We have a copy of Josiah John Holliman's will,it names
all four of his daugthers and son-in-law John Clayton as one
of the executors of the estate.
