John C. "Jack" Holloman/Hollimon AL/MS

Seeking information on parents of John C. "Jack" Holloman/Hollimon. He was born about 1853 in MS. He married in March 1880 in Choctaw County, AL Caroline A. Carlisle. They reportedly had children named Andrew and Emma. These children would have been born between 1880 and 1890 census. Since the 1890 census was destroyed, I have no way of tracing these children. John C. Holloman apparently died prior to January 1893 because Caroline A. Carlisle had remarried to Henry Robinson. Any information on descendants or parents of John would be appreciated.
