Tina,
I can't speak to Daniel's information. And I have not done the research for what I am about to post, it is from a cousin of mine.So be sure that you verify it for yourself. But the Bible information etc. for our John Jackson we think is correct, I just haven't tried to verify his marriages myself. You will need to confirm or disprove that part.
We have 9 children for John & Myrain E. (Hicks/Hickman) Holloman, with complete birth dates. For our John Jackson Holloman, we have him born 12 Sept 1817 (not 1805, and the middle initial we have is not "C" as I see in your query).
Notice the differences in the last name.
We show John marrying Myrain E. Hickman? on 2 Nov. 1832 in Crawford County, GA.Also see her name spelled Myrom Hollomon, so remember so many people in those days spelled phoenetically. She is in the will of Amos Hicks in the Crawford Co. loose records box at the state archives.Myrom Hicks Hollomon's obituary was supposedly published in the Macon Telegraph on Thursday, 28 Jan 1897, so you probably can look that up.
As for Sarah L. Bridges, I only have her name, no data other than what may be a marriage in March 1827 in Crawford Co.The marriage bond was apparently posted in Hancock Co. GA.
I personally have no assurance that it isn't two different John Hollomon men (various spellings).
If there were any children, I have no information, would greatly appreciate it if you have information to share.
