Honaker land

Hi all,

I am interested in Frederick C Honakers Land from his will dated nov 30 1824 he bequeath 60 acres to his beloved son John Honaker and to his son Isaac he bequeath all of his blacksmith tool. and he bequeath the sum of one dollar to his daughter Magdaline.

then in item 4 he wanted the remainder of his lands sold and the sum of the proceeds to be split equally between his remaining children Mary Davis, Jacob honicker, Peggy campbell, Rachel Honicker, Sarah Honicker, Anna Honicker, Letty Honicker, Betsy Saunders, and Frederick S. Honicker once they reached the age of 21.

How many of the children were 21 and older and who was younger at the time of Fredrick C. Honakers Death?
How many of the children still resided with him and lived on the property after his death?
and of the land sold who bought it did any of the remaining children buy any of it?
Pyor to Frederick death did he give any land to any of his children as a wedding present or dowery?

Judy in washington
