Anna, we have 18 reported Thomas Honakers of the right age who could have been Nannie's father. The only one that we know of who married a Maggie was Thomas[4] Honaker (John[3], Isaac[2], Martin[1]. Born 1880 in Russell Co., Va. He married Maggie Hobbs 30 Dec 1908 in Russell County. Only reported child:

245.i. Martha[5]. Born 3 May 1915 in Russell County. Died 27 Mar 1997. Buried in Fairfield Cemetery, unknown place, Ohio. We have her obit. She married Charlie Edward Blankenship and had 8 children. Her obit says she was survived by 4 sisters, 3 brothers, but does not say she was preceded in death by sisters and brothers.

These sound like the right parents for Nannie Bell but if you know for a fact that she was born 25 Jul 1915, they can't be unless she was adopted. Another way of checking this would be to look at the 1910 and 1920 Russell County Censuses to see if they're there and what children exist.
