Sorry, no John. Just Otto, William, Fred, and Carl, and 8 girls: Lena, Rosie, Tillie, Minnie, Henrietta (Petkins) of Chicago, Annie, Ella. All but Henrietta lived in Iowa, I beleive. They spoke with a rich German accent; this is a very German area, near the Amana Colonies. It took me a while to learn to understand Grandpa Otto's "brogue"! Most Germans in the area spoke German only at home, and learned English when they went to school. More than you needed to know, I'm sure!
