Hello Dan, I am interested in your Adolph Hopp in LaSalle County Illinois. In searching for the marriage of Joseph Maubach to Elizabeth Kroeper, I found a Joseph Maubott who married Elizabeth Krepar (all correct phonetically) in the Illinois marriage index. I got the marriage license from LaSalle County and wonder of wonders it was a double marriage with Joseph's sister Elizabeth Maubach and Adolph Hopp and they were all married on Sep 11, 1858 at Mendota. Does any of this fit into your line? Hope to hear from you soon. Patty
