1920 census shows much the same info and includes a Stanley Horner who immigrated in 1912.
World War I draft card shows Herrick Ethelraed Horner born 7 March 1883.
Naturalization papers for Herrick Ethelred Horner shows he was born 7 March 1883 in Sproatley, England and arrived in New York 4 March 1900, married to Harrette who resides in Hull, England with his two Philadelphia born children Evelyn and Ethel.
Herich Horner is listed as arriving on the "SS New York" in New York on March 4, 1900.
1930 census, Philadelphia:
Stanley Horner 39, born England, immigrated in 1912
Ethel 22 (niece)
John Holden 49, born England, immigrated 1928 (brother in law)
Florence 45, ditto (sister)
Harriett and the two children came back to the U.S. in March 1910 and Herrick took Ethel back to England in Dec 1910.

Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
Undoubtedly there are many other records to be found concerning all the people listed here such as the English census records, immigration, draft cards and American census records, etc. This is to say nothing of death certificates and obituaries in Philadelphia.
