Thanks so much for your effort Ralph.After my last post, my cousin Kate in London discovered our Thomas Horrigan's 1843 marriage certificate.He was wed in Sardinian Chapel, Bloomsbury, London indicating a move from County Kerry by 1843, at the latest.
However, on that document he listed his father's name as John Horagan.The name was also spelled Horrigan and Horgan on the same document, but the key point is he listed his father's first name as John, not Thomas.If the baptism record you discovered was not for my GG-GF Thomas Horrigan, it may well have been for a first cousin.
I've forwarded your information to my cousin and included it in my file.I'm going to review some of your posts to see if we can do to help you along on your searches.
