Dear Rita,
I'm sorry to say that I can't help you at all. My Horsey family & linked researches are strictly from Hertfordshire & London back to 1740ish and not Somerset [perhaps if I get very far back & in to the 'gentry' they may be! I WISH!!!!] Although I know that there are many families from Somerset, to date, I know of no personal connection with any of them. I do know many Somerset lads came up to London after the enclosure acts of the 1740s+ to seek fame and fortune [they very often didn't!!], & I have been contacted by a couple of people with those connections, but I'm afraid my known ancestors are totally entrenched in Hertfordshire.
