Hello Paul,
I don't have the exact guy you're looking for in my records, but I may be able to give you some leads.
Nathaniel Horsey was born Oct. 12, 1689 in Manokin, Somerset, Maryland. He married Martha Outerbridge in Accomack, Virginia, hence how the name Outerbrige appears in the Horsey family. Their children were Martha, Outerbridge, born 1715, Elizabeth, and Sarah. All births are in Somerset, Maryland.
This particular Outerbridge married Mary Dixon, and they had nine children, none of which unfortunally, he named after himself. All these births are in Somerset, Maryland as well. I'd be willing to bet if you go digging in the records from that county, you'll be able to find your guy. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
