This might help you a little. The recent Frederick (MD) Magazine has an article on Outerbridge Horsey II. He was "born into a prominent family on February 28, 1819. Horsey was the son of a U.S. senator from Delaware, who married the daughter of Maryland's second governor, Thomas Sim Lee." There is further information in the article, which states Horsey was a resident of Frederick County between Burkittsville and Brunswick, and is buried in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Petersville, MD.
