Dale, I can find no Hannah Horton or any Hannah who was married to a Horton in that time & place. That doesn't mean there WASN'T any but they sure haven't come to my attention. One big problem with any number of early lineages done in the last century in that locality is the tendency to append a nearby surname to unknown females and sometimes to actually make up a totally fictitious person. Thus we have the fanciful "Elizabeth Budd" married to Moses Hoyt, "Jeremiah Horton" supposed son of Joseph Horton, "Esther King" a totally fictitious wife of David Horton and so on. You are probably going to end up with Hannah ----- the same as my Elizabeth -------. I will let you know if I find anything.
