Have not been able to locate in 1900 to see who her parents were - but only have free databases here at the house and they have limited search functions

In 1910 she was in Greene Co., MO Springfield living with the Tallman's listed as a ward of the Aunt who was living wioth them-

1910 Greene Co.l, MO Springfield Wd 2 Campbell Twp
John W Tallman 29 m1 7 ILL NY ILL Carpenter- Building Houses
Mary R 29 M1 7 1/1 MO MO MO
Jimmie O d 5/12 MO ILL MO
Hattie E aunt 58 wd 1/1 IN GA VA Own Income
Fisk, Louise A aunts ward 14 MO ILL MO

Hattie E - was Hattie Elizabeth (Beasley) Tallman widow of Homer Tallman b Nov 1850 KY - d Sep 5, 1936 Webster Co., MO {per MO Death Certs 1910-11960}

Can not tell you what the connection would be - but there would be court papers in Greene Co covering the guardianship of Louise

Just to confuse you even more
