My grandmother was a Horvat and the relatives all live in Wisconsin, ....most that I know in Central Wi. She and my grandfathers family both came here from Slovenia or in the area of Croatia I believe. My grandmothers name was Jenny Horvat and her parents were Johanna(Godec) and John Horvat I believe, who immigrated here from Sovenia. I believe however that they went to Colorado??? Is anybody familiar with any of this information?
I have some information on the line but it's buried away somewhere...I'm hoping to go searching for it very soon now that I"m looking at your posts.
