New HOSCH Surname yDNA project

We have just started a Hosch surname yDNA project. yDNA is passed, essentially unchanged from father to son. Thus a present day male Hosch descendant bears the same yDNA as his Hosch father, Hosch grandfather, etc. By measuring this yDNA we can connect present day Hosch males, and say with certainty that they descended from a common Hosch male of the past. Projects of this type are currently being used successfully by many other surnames. Your yDNA will also be compared to all of the yDNA samples submitted and currently that contains 173,000 individuals.
We have the project set up and have our first participant. Now we need many many more Hosch males to order a kit and submit a sample. The sample is obtained by rubbing a cotton swab on the inside of your cheek. you can order a kit at "http://www.familytreedna.com/group-join.aspx?Group=Hosch". Please order the 37 marker (or at least the 25 marker test) because the 12 marker test is inadequate to distinguish between family groups. Contact me for additional information
