Thanks Mary, that's what I have also. Ada M. Crowe was the daughter of Henry Walter Crow and wife Emma, Mason or Morgan? I have not been able to find any living family member of this line of Crows. A Grandaughter, Mae Crow Stickland may still be living?

Are you related to Andrew Jackson Deaton or his brother(?) Levi T. Deaton? They were in the 35th. Regiment, Co. H, out of Hall and Gwinnett Co. and severed with my GG, Johnathan Wilson Crow, my Great, Alfred Milton Crow, and Henry Walter's father, Samuel Jackson Crow, in the Civil War. Samuel and Alfred were captured near Petersburg VA and taken as prisoners to Lookout Point MD till the end of the War. Samuel J. and wife Melvina Orr and grandaughter, Ada M., are buried at Sugar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Gwinnett Co. GA. Henry Walter is said to be buried at Flowery Branch Cem. in Hall Co. GA, however, I was unable to locate his marker on a recent trip there. I sure would like to find a living descendent of this family. Let me know if you know of any.
