I don't anything about our Hosch family before they came to PA. Below is our total knowledge of their early history.

Jacob Hosch, son of Henry Hosch of Pennsylvania, was born ?,

and died 1819 in Fairfield County, S. C. He married Rachel Jones,

born ? and died ?

According to family records, 'Jacob Hosch came to South

Carolina in 1783 from Pennsylvania'.
