I have quite a few Haslingden names over different periods whe my trace on my Accrington lines disappeared. I have covered Accrington and surrounding villages but you will appreciate that the Howarths were the equivalent of Smith or Brown at that time. If you have anything specific will look up my list. Workers in the Mill towns and villages moved around a lot through change of job, imarriage etc. As Laurence appears on your line and is not common to Howarths perhaps this entry from Accrington may be relevant

John Howarth married Elizabeth Rishton at Accrington 29/3/1744 Children baptised Ann 30/10/1744 Peter 30/6/1745 John 20/3/1747 Laurence 8/10/1749 Thomas 8/9/1754. Presume you have also looked at Haslingden Grane records.
