Another Salford HOWARTH.

Whilst searching the Salford Weekly News of 1st October 1870, I came across a JOSEPH HOWARTH who was a witness at a prosecution under the Factories Act. A 13-year-old girl had been killed at Messrs Tysoe and Sons mill in Hope Street, Salford.
