I have an original 6” x 8” photograph of a man about age 65, identified as “Maline Alrie Goat Nyt Aar – Mother of Tessie Howe Bernard and grandmother of Ruth Bernard Erickson and Shirley Bernard Clairmont”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. This could be an uncle of Tessie Howe Bernard. Photo was taken in Leland (LaSalle Co.) IL, in about 1910 by my estimate.

I found Tessie Bernard in SSDI, showing DOB: 17 Apr 1909, and death 18 Mar 1996, with last SS going to Sheridan (LaSalle Co.) IL.
