My grandfather was also Wade Hampton Howery, he was born in 1881, and died oct. 25, 1960. I have the entire Howery Family History. My line has been in Virginia since the early 1700's, and were still here. Here in Virginia we have a long history of southern heritage, I would be happy to help you. There was lines that went north and west but they left before the civil war. Wades line did not go to wisconsin their still here in Va. If you would give me a call or write to me I can give you all the info. I have. Shirly Howery Danz of Black Earth, wisconsin. can also fill you in. You can write me at p.o.1229 north Tazewell, va. 24630. or call me at 276-326-1470. if you do i can tell you the exact line that went to wisconsin. bobby
