My husband's grandfather and great uncle immigrated to the US from Cambuslang, Scotland in 1907. Andrew Wright Howitt settled in the Cleveland, Ohio, area and his brother (whose name I can't remember)settled in the New York area. I'ved researched and have found quite a bit of information on their families. I have found the ship and ship manifest for their voyage and addresses and children's names on several census records. What I would like to find out now is if there are any distant relatives that still live in that area of Scotland. My husband's aunt had a name of a relative, but it was from the 1960's (a bit outdated). Some other town names that came up on my research were Ayr, Hamilton, Cambuslang. Any ideas on how to find relatives in these areas? Thanks, Cindy
