Hello...My grandfather's family is from Gooseberry Island. They are the Perry Family.
John Howse m 21 may 1859 Martha Perry children Joseph, Jessie, James, Jacob, Dinah, Julia, Mary and Catherine. Is this in your line.
I would like to know about the spelling of the name. Was Howse and House different family's or just spelling errors. My be the spelling was changed for some reason, can you comment on this.
