I also can't connect the parts of the Hoxsie family . I know that the first two brothers in R.I. had large farms in Charlestown. My family comes down from john. his son, Benjamin had a farm there. He married Mary Stanton. Her family had a plantation there. I see the name Hoxsie in Narragansett and Eastern Pequot records but I can never connect them. most likely they were slaves.
