Much, much better and for a good reason. From what I found based on the names of the children, Mollie's father was Henry A. Huber and not William.
The 1900 census of Louisiana shows a Henry Huber, born June 1857, wife Mary born in Texas with the children you list including a Mary born Jan 1893. The 1910 census reflects much the same info. Mollie is sometimes a nickname for Mary.
Henry A. Huber married Mary Rivers on March 7, 1882 in Sabine County, LA. Henry's 1940 Louisiana death certificate shows he was born in Cincinnati, OH and his parents were George William Huber and Mary Rice. Mary Rivers Huber's 1937 death certificate shows she was the daughter of Eli Rivers.
A Hamilton County, OH marriage record from 1854 shows George William Huber married to Anna M. Reiss (Reiss would be the proper German spelling of the Anglicized surname Rice).
The 1860 and 1870 censuses show a William Huber and Wm Hubert (respectively) with an Anna M. with a son Henry born ca 1858. The 1870 census does show they also had a daughter named Rosa. William was born in Wurttemberg and Anna in Bavaria. William apparently liked to sometimes go by William and other times by George (which was not uncommon for Germans to do).
For these records see familysearch.org. For research in Cincinnati check with the Cincinnati Library and the Hamilton County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society. I can tell you from personal experience finding information in Hamilton County will not be easy if for no other reason the courthouse was burned down several times.
Here is where Henry and Mary are buried: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSln=Huber&GSiman=1&GScid=68440&http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSln=Huber&GSiman=1&GScid=68440&
