ORIGINAL WILL OF LOVINA ALICE (HUCKINS) WALLACE
IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.I, Lovina A. Wallace, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and considering of this frail and transitory life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills made by me, if any.
1. After all my just debts are paid, I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter, NETTIE J. LAWRENCE, the real estate situated in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and known at this time as 3486 Walnut Street, being the 1st and two flat buildings therein, to be her absolute property forever.
2. I give and bequeath unto my Grandson, WALTER LINDSAY, to occupy, use, lease and to have the full benefit of during his life, the lot and two flat buildings there on, now known as 3145 Fulton Street, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois: upon his death the said property is to be divided equally among all my great grandchildren then alive.
3. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, MRS. NETTIE CLACHER, on thousand dollars, to be her absolute property forever, the reason I am making to my daughter this small bequest is because she is a wealthy woman and not in need of it.
4. I give and bequeath unto my great granddaughter, MYRTLE PALMER, one thousand dollars to be her absolute property forever.
5. I give and bequeath unto each of my nieces who shall be alive at the time of my death, including MRS. CHARLES STONE and MRS. WILLIAM STONE, one hundred dollars each.
6. I give and bequeath unto my grandson, PERCEY PALMER, five hundred dollars to be his absolute property forever.
7. I give and bequeath unto MRS. ROSE JORNSON, the sum of one hundred dollars.
8. I give and bequeath unto the KEDZIE M.E. CHURCH, at the corner of Kedzie and Walnut Street, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, where I now attend, the sum of five hundred dollars.
9. I give and bequeath to the METHODIST CHURCH at Neponset, Illinois, being the church attended by my husband and myself while residing there, the sum of five hundred dollars.
10. In addition to above bequest to CYNTHIA ECKER, I give and bequeath to her my gold watch and chain.
11. In addition to the above bequeath made I give and bequeath to my granddaughter NETTIE J. LAWRENCE, all of household furniture and belongings together with any article of personal apparel I may leave.
12. Lastly, I give and bequeath to all of my great grandchildren who shall be living at my death, in addition to above bequest, all the rest and residue of my property.
