Hi David,

I had our Va Grizzard family Y chromosome typed by the Genographic Project and it is Halogroup I1a. You can google this halogroup to get more information. It is very interesting.

We seem to be looking for the same thing. I have a lot of the same information.

My aunt told me that the Grizzard brothers went to Scotland and then came to America after some "problems occured concerning some sheep they killed and ate that belonged to the land owner."
