Charsha (e,ee) /Charche Family

We believe that the Charsha/Charshe family (original French spelling unknown?) came from the Alsace/Lorraine area. Possible that they first moved to England as the name has been found there. (Pronounced Char - SHAY'.)

Have documentation that they are in Maryland in the early 1700's ... according to what one family member found, they arrived in Annapolis in the late 1600's - there was a name of a ship and where they originated from (possibly Strausburg?)
Unknown what has happened to that documentation.

Please contact me if anyone comes across this name during the 1700's or earlier.
Thanks
