Huguenots in Ireland

Hello,

I've got a sneaking suspicion that our ancestors at one point may have had a Huguenot connection. I have contacted two other branches of my family and all of us have similiar family 'legends' ie:

1. Ancestors spent time in France oR SwitzerlanD?
FAMILY MAY HAvE A HUGUENOT CONNECTION?
FAmily origiNATED FROM PRUSSIA?

WITH THIS WE ARE STARTING TO THINK THAT OUR "GETHINGS" IN IRELAND MAY HAVE FLED FRANCE UP THROUGH THE UNITED PROVINCES TO PRUSSIA THEN EVENTUALLY ONTO ENGLAND THEN IRELAND> DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE IRISH HUGUENOTS IN THEIR FAMILY

CHEERS
MELANIE
